Fresh Berry Chia Pudding
Enjoy as a snack, desert or simple breakfast. Great source of Omega 3's!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chia seeds (do not pre-soak)
1 cup oat or almond, hemp milk
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract in glycerin
½ teaspoon each cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
½ cup frozen wild blueberries (fresh great too)
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
Toppings: Hemp seeds, fresh strawberries or mango pieces, handful of granola. Splash of plant milk if you want it more like a cereal.
Instructions:
In a pint jar place all ingredients and shake well.
Place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
Stir, add toppings to taste, and enjoy!
