Fresh Berry Chia Pudding

Enjoy as a snack, desert or simple breakfast. Great source of Omega 3's!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds (do not pre-soak)

  • 1 cup oat or almond, hemp milk

  • 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract in glycerin

  • ½ teaspoon each cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom

  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries (fresh great too) 

  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)

  • Toppings: Hemp seeds, fresh strawberries or mango pieces, handful of granola. Splash of plant milk if you want it more like a cereal.

Instructions:

  1. In a pint jar place all ingredients and shake well.

  2. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

  3. Stir, add toppings to taste, and enjoy!
