Tahini Herb Dressing
Ingredients:
½ cup Raw Tahini
¼ bunch of fresh, basil, cilantro, or mint (or combine)
2 inch piece of fresh ginger root
1 large lemon fresh squeezed
½ cup water
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp. Raw honey
1 clove garlic (optional)
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more water if you like thinner.
Use as a salad dressing or drizzle on top of your roasted roots!
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
