Tahini Herb Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Raw Tahini 

  • ¼ bunch of  fresh, basil, cilantro, or mint (or combine)

  • 2 inch piece of fresh ginger root

  • 1 large lemon fresh squeezed

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tsp. Raw honey

  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

  • Pinch of  red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste 


Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more water if you like thinner.

  • Use as a salad dressing or drizzle on top of your roasted roots!

  • Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
