Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus, washed and hard bottom cut off

  • 1 Tablespoon  olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt

  • ½ teaspoon  lemon black pepper

  • 1 lemon, to squeeze on after cooking


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  • Place asparagus in a large bowl, toss with oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet in the oven for 10- 15 minutes.

  • Take out when slightly softened and squeeze fresh lemon on top. Enjoy!
