Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus, washed and hard bottom cut off
1 Tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pink salt
½ teaspoon lemon black pepper
1 lemon, to squeeze on after cooking
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Place asparagus in a large bowl, toss with oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet in the oven for 10- 15 minutes.
Take out when slightly softened and squeeze fresh lemon on top. Enjoy!
