🌱Savory Oatmeal with Greens 🥑

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup greens of your choice cut in thin pieces (kale, bok choy, mustard greens, arugula ect)

  • ½ tsp of turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp of cumin powder

  • Pinch of Black Pepper

  • Fresh shredded ginger to taste

  • Bragg’s , Wheat Free Tamari or Coconut Amino Acids to taste

    Toppings:

  • Avocado, tomato chunks or sprouts.

  • Dash of Hot Pepper Chili Oil or Toasted Sesame Oil to taste (Or hot chili flakes for no fat)


Directions:

Place all ingredients except Oil and Soy into a small pot with a lid and cook for 10 min. Get it going then turn on low for another 5 minutes or until it is the consistency you like. Add a dash of chili oil and soy to taste.
